This privacy policy will explain how our organization, Triple IT B.V. uses the personal information collected from you when you use the SpotOn application.

What data do we collect?
- User data saved within our database:
- Email address
- Password (hashed)
- Username
- Accesstokens for social media (after manually adding a social media account by the user)
Social media data after manually adding a social media account by the user:
- Twitter: screenName (@username)
- Facebook: pageID, in the future also: PageName
- YouTube: Google access token, future: AccountID, ChannelName. SpotOn uses YouTube API Services to collect this data. For more information see the Youtube Terms Of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
Saved data used for third party extensions:
- Email address is automatically added to our Hubspot subscribers list to inform you when new updates are released with the ability to unsubscribe
Data collected but not saved (cookies):
- Browser used during visit
- Duration of the visit
- Origin of visit (i.e. Google search)
Legal basis
Processing of your personal data can be based on your explicit consent for one or more specific purposes. It is necessary for the performance a contract (for instance to provide you with the use of the application), and on legitimated interests pursued by us (such as for marketing purposes) provided such interests are not overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms which require protection of your personal data.

How will we use your data?
The data we collect is in order to:
- Manage your account
- Deliver the app functionality to you
- Email you via Hubspot (a third party) when updates are released
- Measure the performance of our Website with Google Analytics (a third party)
How do we store your data?
We securely store your data at our servers located in the Netherlands. We will keep your data only as long as you have a SpotOn account. Cookies are deleted after each session. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.
What are your data protection rights?
We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access and copy
Rights to request us for access to and copies of your personal data.
The right to rectification
You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request us to complete information you believe is incomplete.

You have the right to request us to erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. For example, if we use your Personal Data for marketing purposes.

You have the right that we transfer that data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
